Land Subdivision
To be successful at land subdivisions it takes time. For the last 25 years Geoff McWilliam has managed land developments across Australia including Senior Executive Management, positions with Ray Group, Delfin, Lend Lease, Lensworth, Stockland and Citimark properties. During this time over 10,000 lots were successfully brought to market. Geoff played a key role in the management and coordination of delivery and sales. Experience in Property Management of hundreds of dwellings for private and company portfolios gives Geoff a complete understanding of property development.
A demonstrated track record of entering early and developing markets and suburbs throughout Queensland, followed by infrastructure, employment and population requirements have resulted in superior returns. Value adding through design and delivery such as larger lot sizes, a lake, Display Villages and community engagement have also provided enhanced market appeal. At GDM we value collaboration and have participated in joint ventures with land owners to purchase sites with great success.


Housing
Our commitment to quality and delivery means we’ve chosen to work with only builders with integrity and experience. All are award winning and deliver superior housing at competitive prices. The builders share our values and attention to detail on housing facades, front gardens and streetscapes and therefore build homes, not houses. GDM construct its own housing in select locations to add value to the area.
Investment
Having a background in accounting, GDM Property owns and manages a portfolio of residential houses, units and investments for clients for income and capital growth. Further investments are made with the objective of maintaining long term capital appreciation and constant income, together with taking advantage of opportunistic growth asset classes. These include retirement villages and mobile home parks. GDM recognised the market was under-priced and was a cornerstone investor in Eight Gate Capital Management.
